Veribella offers a 30-day money back guarantee on our products. This allows you to purchase products from us with confidence. 

This document outlines what you can expect from us and how to exchange or return products, should you not be completely happy with your products.

Here is our detailed exchange & return policy:

• Customers have 30-days to exchange or return product from the date of product order.

• Customers should contact Support@veribella.com to start their exchange or return process and receive an RMA# or START ONLINE PROCESS HERE.

• Veribella must receive exchanged or returned items within 10 days from when the RMA# is issued to the Customer.

• Orders received without an RMA# may not be able to be processed for return.

• Customers who return their products will receive a credit for their purchase, tax paid, and initial shipping paid.

• Customers will be responsible for shipping the exchanged or returned products back to the Veribella return center.

• Customers will see their credit from returned items within 5-7 days from processing of their return.
